It does get much easier than this. Mash the ripened banana, add the chickpeas and continue with more of the same. Add the remaining dry and wet-ish ingredients, mix and then add this to baking dish. I put baking paper to make it easier after, can't say I noticed a difference.

My Take...

If the chickpeas scare you, fear not. I could not taste it at all in the finished product. This recipe truly gave me my definition of satiated, not full but satiated. After a serving of this one, although I did not cut them as small as she does, I can easily say for the amount of food, it keeps me going more than any other breakfast options I have had or can remember. Finishing back with the flavour, I have not made any changes and do believe those more clever people than I can work out ways to add some more sweetness or additional flavours without messing with the program. Also it really does take as long as she does making the video.
