How to...

Really simple recipe begins with some simple chopping and slicing through the veggies. It goes in to the pot, gradually adding the ingredients. You will need to be around but not over the stove top, so good for when you need to be doing other things.

My Take...

This recipe did not ask a lot of me, really simple prep, even easier cook. I used chickpeas to add a bit more texture, and will use a more wholesome variety of fish next time. Thin Bassa fillets just melt into the stew. I really enjoyed the mix of veg myself and used fresh capsicum not roasted, which would make a flavour difference, but you do you.
