Do I need to be fit to take part?
Not at all, just physically and mentally capable to start a new routine. For some, cardio will be walking, for others resistance training will be light bands, even modified bodyweight exercises.
This program has been designed with the freedom and flexibility to fit you and your current fitness levels, no matter where you start point is.
