3 easiest exercises to start today

Why am I so confident you can start these tomorrow? For starters, two of the three are movements done on a daily basis, just not on repeat and not under tension for most. The third requires as little movement as possible, just brace, hold and breathe. I promise, these three movements can be mastered in a relatively short amount of time. The exercises are as follows:

Squat - Taking the hips back and down to create tension on the thighs and butt. This exercise is used to stabilise both the knee and hip joints by strengthening the muscles groups working across these two joints. This is known for increasing a person's speed, power and endurance, as well as creating muscle fibres in areas that feel good and look good.

Push up - The simple yet strenuous task of lifting your body off the floor whilst using your feet as the fulcrum. Quite popular with the male species, this exercise offers more than just a chance at changing upper body aesthetics. By strengthening the chest and triceps, a myriad of other exercises become more attainable as a result. Strength in your upper body does also have the capacity to aid reducing stress on the lower back.

Plank - This will be the gift that keeps on giving. By mastering this, I could almost promise that you will see an improvement in your whole body's ability to move efficiently and effectively, whilst exercising, but more so when participating in remedial or mundane tasks. Think of this as a foundation which allows your extremities to do what they do, but better.

Completing these regularly and effectively will give your body the support it needs when it will need it most. Obviously, the harder you wish them to work, then the harder you may need to work them, but harder does not have mean heavier. I will leave that topic for another day.

Do it on rotation, one a day. Do each of them once a day. I encourage you to try, start small and make small adjustments to reps or duration overtime. I do promise you will feel a difference by the time you reach a month or two. If you do try it, let me know in the comments section.
